Abagail Howerton

While working with the Catamount Sports Network my duties included camera work, graphics, sound engineering, producing, directing, replay, and technical directing. In 2023, I took on the role of Lead Replay Operator where I have assisted with over 150+ ESPN+ broadcasts.

With my experience from CSN, I was able to acquire a summer internship at FOX Sports Charlotte as their production intern where I worked with a team of interns 40 hours a week on NASCAR Truck Series materials (materials created can be found above in the video grid). During my internship, I was able to 

- Learn IAS (Video storage software) and how to pull clips using keywords and phrases

- Hone in on pre and post-production skills using Adobe Premiere Pro

- Plan and coordinate my stand-up piece for our "Year at FOX" intern video

- Work with in-house audio and editing team on projects for NASCAR Truck Series
